Appointments:
Please come to the SPA reception about 10 minutes before your booked treatment. If you are late, the treatment time will be shortened accordingly. The treatment will end punctually, so the next guest will not have to wait.

Booking:
Please inform us about your wishes at the time of booking so we can confirm your appointments prior to your arrival.

Cancellation:
Please inform us about changes or cancellations 24 hours before the booked treatment.
In case of short-term changes or cancellations the booked treatment will be fully charged.
